The first floor villa is a hacienda with its Mexican tile floors, arched doors, and first floor access to the private pool and walk-over to the beach. There are two master suites, each with their own full bath. One master has a King-size bed and ocean views. The second master has two queen beds. There is also a pull-out queen in the living room. This villa will sleep 6 to 8 people.

The second floor villa is a true beach-style house, with a fabulous porch that overlooks the pool and ocean. In addtion, because of the elevation of the second floor, it offers incredible southern views. There are two master suites, each with their own full bath. The first master has a full bed with ocean views, while the second master has two twin beds. This villa will sleep 4 people.

Both villas have a completely equipped kitchens, full dining rooms, living rooms and separate laundry rooms. Both are equipped with cable TV, wireless internet, and DVD players.

This lovely duplex also has a private kidney-shaped pool right outside the door of the first floor villa, set in a courtyard of pavers, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Life just doesn't get much better then this!
